We manufacture thousands of different combinations of Sectional Screw Flights ranging from 40 mm to 1200 mm in diameter, 200mm to 900mm in pitch and 3mm to 25mm in thickness. Special size can be made by customer's request. We'll continue to develop the bigger size with outer diameter less than 2400mm, inner diameter above 140mm and pitch within 1200mm. For sectional screw flight, it can be made into different forms as follows: 

* Right or left hand helix

* Tapered OD and/or ID

* Variable Pitch

* Notched flights
