Continuous Cold Rolled Screw Flight

Our endless cold rolled screw flight overcomes the shortcoming of poor precision, difficult forming, low using rate of materials and low working efficiency which are inherent in the traditional manufacturing method of flight brought by single blade cutting, drawing and welding. After the cold rolled, the surface becomes smooth, the precision is high, whole rigidity is good, the surface harness is improved. The length of the flight can be made according to the customers demand, which is much convenient for the subsequent handling of the screw conveyor manufacturing.
