We manufacture thousands of different combinations of Sectional Screw Flights with inner diameter above than 40 mm, outer diameter less than 1200 mm, 200mm to 900mm in pitch and 3mm to 25mm in thickness. Special size can be made by customer's request. We'll continue to develop the bigger size with outer diameter less than 2400mm, inner diameter above 140mm and pitch within 1200mm. For sectional screw flight, it can be made into different forms as follows:
* Right or left hand helix
* Tapered OD and/or ID
* Variable Pitch
* Notched flights
* With supporting board in the inner hole.
Sectional screw flights can be made in different material: carbon steel (Q235, Q345), manganese steel and stainless steel.
