Now the technology is used in forming the screw flight made by carbon steel, wearable steel and stainless steel materials, the outer diameter under 1200mm, the inner diameter more than 40mm, the pitch size less than 900mm, the thickness under 25mm, equal diameter / variational diameter, equal pitch / variational pitch and inner hole with supporting lugs, etc. To compare with continuous rolled forming technology, this technics has advantage of higher yield, higher precision of forming, higher eligible rate, could meet small quantity order requirement and various supply demand.
