The impact bar is composed of three different Layers.The top layer is made of virgin UHMWPE sheet for movement of the conveyor belt.The middle layer is made of rubber-to cushion the impact load. While the lower layer is for fastening impact pads on to the main support frame, which is usually made of aluminium. The impact bar is used in the loading area of the belt conveyor to replace the traditional cushion rollers. It's designed to absorb impact loading which will dramaically reduce shock and stress loading on the structure.
